24 Feb Sponsors Show Support for the Horse Trials
The Organisers of Brigstock International Horse Trials at Rockingham Castle approach this years event with superb support from an expanded group of sponsors.
King West remain as principal sponsor, investing more into the event for 2014. Michael Holland of King West explained: “Rockingham Castle is one of our main clients and we know how well they do things – they will put every effort into making the Horse Trials a success. The audience is our target market, and we see our association as a medium to long term investment. As principal sponsor we have the opportunity to entertain both existing and potential clients in different surroundings. We feel very much part of the event, and its a throroughly enjoyable, key event in out calendar”
More good news came from Robert Loomes & Co of Stamford. Not only have they pledged to remain as Official Time Keeper, they have also offered an outstanding prize, one of their hand-made wristwatches, to be awarded to the Open Intermediate competitor who completes the cross country course closest to the optimum time. As Official Time Keeper Robert Loomes, the company’s Technical Director, is confident that his precision timing, to the nearest hundredth of a second, will produce one lucky winner with equally precise timing who will take home a price which would normally come with a price tag of £7,500.
Mr Loomes said: “We are absolutely delighted to be returning as Official Timekeepers for the Horse Trials at Rockingham. Eventing, in my view, is the top end of equestrian ability. The event resonates with what we do well ourselves; it is all about commitment, excellence and timing”.
Six New sponsors have already been signed up for 2014, joining around 40 (and counting) other returning sponsors. This years event looks set to be even bigger and better than the last.
